A scarred, unattractive young woman is conned into helping with a robbery of her employer. As a result, she is sent to prison, gets plastic surgery, and returns to seek revenge on those who wronged her.
Two women, Edie and Pen, go to Las Vegas to get a quick divorce from their husbands. They start chatting and become friendly. In a local bar they meet a man whose wife just left him. The film follows three young men and their time spent in the French suburban "ghetto," over a span of twenty-four hours. Now, with a newfound means to gain the respect he deserves, Vinz vows to kill a cop if his friend Abdel dies in the hospital, due the beating he received while in police custody.
